It’s undeniable that in the present, our physical look are greatly important and in some job it’s have a large impact to their job and daily life like model or idol and many more. Most of people turn to healthy and exercise more to burn out their fat and wish that they will have a nice body like have a six pack or V line abs. However, some people try really hard to loss their weight but they still have an excess fat or the belly around their abs and hip. Today i’m going to tell you about how to eat and exercise for nice body effectively with 3 easy steps. Let’s look for it!!
1. Loss the fat not the weight.
Many people misunderstand that when you got a low weight it’s mean you healthy and nice body that’s true but just a part of it. In fact, the mass of the muscle are more than fat it means that in the equal mass fat have more quantity than the muscle for example 2 people have equal weight at 60 Kg, the first person have 40 Kg of fat and 20 Kg of muscle while other one have 40 Kg of muscle and 20 of fat. It’s surely that the second person must have better body shape than first one in the equal weight. So many people choose to skip some meal and eat less than before and that’s a wrong decision, it’s can loss your weight quickly at first but when you out of diet and eat like before you diet, it will have a yoyo effect and your weight and fat will go higher than before. The fact is you can divide your meal by yourself but you have to eat equal or more than your BMR with efficiency protein and other food nutrient. Now many people may confuse that what is BMR? BMR is the minimum calories that your body can burn in one day and how do you know how much of your BMR? I will paste the BMR calculator link below the blog. Moreover you can increase your burning rate for your body too by exercise and i will explain in next bullet.

2. Not only cardio but weight training too
Every people who decide to loss their weight must know the word cardio. Simply explain of cardio is the exercise which raise your heartbeat and breathing rate with improve function of lungs, heart and circulatory system and it’s the best way to burn the excess fat out of the body like running, jogging or cycling and many more. However, if the person who got the excess fat so far but use only cardio to lean out the fat after they did it, their skin will look flagging because they don’t have weight training to activate the muscle and it will not firm. Moreover, even the people who just have a little bit of excess fat should do it too because it is how we cheating our body in loss fat program. The weight training like push up, sit up or use the dumbbell to weight training like pectoral flyes or reverse flyes and many more, it is the process of destro the muscle and the body will regenerate it bigger and stronger which it have to use our energy like fat and protein to do it even when we rest…YES!! Even you sleep, our body still burn the fat more if you do the weight training and it’s will help you loss your fat easily and that’s the reason why you should do the weight training.

3. REST!!
The shortest word but it’s the worst condition for someone. If you rest inadequately, your hormones in your body which control hunger level will be askew. Ghrelin is the hormone which activate the hunger will increase and Leptin is the hormone which make your feeling of full will decrease. The simply explain is if you rest not enough you are going to hunger than before and hard to full in each meal then you have to eat a lot in one meal and it’s make you have an excess fat. So the rest is important as exercise and eat, if you can do all of this conditions, your loss fat program will effectively for sure.
