It’s undeniable that nowadays our earth has face a lot of polluted water problem in worldwide which most of it impact to the marine life and the quality of life of people in each area. Polluted water mostly come from human activity like throw the garbage to river, the waste from industry or even defecate of living things. It have a lot of bad effects like smell, hygienic, a lot of bacteria and many more. Cause of polluted water are mainly divide into two parts, first is industry and other is household. However, it can divide into many sub-courses form mainly two and one of the most impact is polluted water from agriculture. Agriculture have many source of polluted water such as the contaminated water from bug repel spray and many more. In fact, most of water pollution from agriculture are created by farm whether it be bug repel spray in plant which use for animal food or the animal waste that release or even corpse of die animal that release to water after they die and it cause greatly impact to the marine life and hygienic of water.

Nonetheless, everything can be fixed and this problem too but everyone need to participation in process. First, the very basic thing that every people can do is do no throw any waste to the river, if every people can do this condition, the polluted water problem are mostly disappear. Next, we decide to focus to start to solve from the cause which come from agriculture. In Thailand, if people want to buy or sell the bug repellent, all of them must have the license to use the bug repellent or it is going to be illegally and have a penalty for them. Moreover, we think that government must have the public facility for eliminate the waste from agriculture like the fertilize package, the bug repellent can or the inefficient agriculture tool. Moreover, the farm which have a living thing like pig farm, fish farm and many more must have the tool for rid the corpse of dead animal instead of throw in river.

Lastly, step for the bigger area like the town or the crowd people area, government must have the waste water treatment plant in that area because it is surely that the more people, the more waste and place more trashcan in each area for people who use a lot of waste like bottle of water. Additionally, government must have the rule about the controlling the waste and have a punishment for people who act illegally seriously too.

We cannot undeniable that the travelling in the difference place like foreign country are very excited and fun. In the present, their are a lot of country that appeal a lot of foreigner to their country like Thailand festival season or country in part of Europe but one of the most attraction to traveler is Japan. The country with full of beauty of nature, the significant traditional, a lot of landmark like Universal studio, old temple, Onsen and many more. So if you are interesting in Japan and planning to go to this country, you have to read this. I’m going to show you about top 5 travelling place in Japan, Let’s look for it!!!

1.Tokyo Tower

The Communication tower in Japan which inspiration from tower in Paris. In 1 years, it have traveler visit here for more than 2 million people and this tower show how that they are the great influencer of the world economic. Significantly, this place always open everyday even the holiday. It can said that ” If you come to japan, this must be the very first place to visit”

2.Fuji Mountain

If you ask someone to give one name of mountain in japan, this is the first name that most people thinking about. Fuji mountain is the biggest mountain in japan with height of 3776 meter. It’s surrounding by the five lake of Fuji or also known as Fujiko which it have the resort residence around with the onsen. Relax in japanese onsen with drink and beautiful view is the thing that you must try, it is one of the best moment in life.

3. Shinjuku, Harajuku, Odaiba

If you are the shopping boy/girl, you cannot miss this place. The 3 largest shopping area in the japan with a lot of product which you can find only in Japan. Moreover, It is the central of fashion and modern traditional of teenage. Additionally, it have a lot of entertainment place like club and one of the biggest Ferris Wheel in the world.

4 Hokkaido

The biggest island in Japan also known as the heaven of natural. A lot of nature a not discriminate even people are move to live there like mountain, river,forest and many more. Sapporo is the capital city in Hokkaido which it have the famous snow festival in this city, people around the world come to visit this festival in February and the city also known as the famous skiing place in japan. Moreover, their also have Hakodate which is the important port town in Hokkaido and Abarashi town which has the glacier in winter for visitor.

5 Universal Studio Japan

The most famous theme park in japan which have a lot of traveler going to visit around the world. It divide are into 9 zone but the point of interesting is one of the most fastest roller coaster is here. Additionally their are a lot of plaything which come from the famous movie like harry potter, shrek, jurassic park and many more, movie fan must be enjoyable. However, because there are a lot of plaything and traveler, if you want to play all of it, you must go as fast as you can.

It’s undeniable that in the present, our physical look are greatly important and in some job it’s have a large impact to their job and daily life like model or idol and many more. Most of people turn to healthy and exercise more to burn out their fat and wish that they will have a nice body like have a six pack or V line abs. However, some people try really hard to loss their weight but they still have an excess fat or the belly around their abs and hip. Today i’m going to tell you about how to eat and exercise for nice body effectively with 3 easy steps. Let’s look for it!!

1. Loss the fat not the weight.

Many people misunderstand that when you got a low weight it’s mean you healthy and nice body that’s true but just a part of it. In fact, the mass of the muscle are more than fat it means that in the equal mass fat have more quantity than the muscle for example 2 people have equal weight at 60 Kg, the first person have 40 Kg of fat and 20 Kg of muscle while other one have 40 Kg of muscle and 20 of fat. It’s surely that the second person must have better body shape than first one in the equal weight. So many people choose to skip some meal and eat less than before and that’s a wrong decision, it’s can loss your weight quickly at first but when you out of diet and eat like before you diet, it will have a yoyo effect and your weight and fat will go higher than before. The fact is you can divide your meal by yourself but you have to eat equal or more than your BMR with efficiency protein and other food nutrient. Now many people may confuse that what is BMR? BMR is the minimum calories that your body can burn in one day and how do you know how much of your BMR? I will paste the BMR calculator link below the blog. Moreover you can increase your burning rate for your body too by exercise and i will explain in next bullet.

2. Not only cardio but weight training too

Every people who decide to loss their weight must know the word cardio. Simply explain of cardio is the exercise which raise your heartbeat and breathing rate with improve function of lungs, heart and circulatory system and it’s the best way to burn the excess fat out of the body like running, jogging or cycling and many more. However, if the person who got the excess fat so far but use only cardio to lean out the fat after they did it, their skin will look flagging because they don’t have weight training to activate the muscle and it will not firm. Moreover, even the people who just have a little bit of excess fat should do it too because it is how we cheating our body in loss fat program. The weight training like push up, sit up or use the dumbbell to weight training like pectoral flyes or reverse flyes and many more, it is the process of destro the muscle and the body will regenerate it bigger and stronger which it have to use our energy like fat and protein to do it even when we rest…YES!! Even you sleep, our body still burn the fat more if you do the weight training and it’s will help you loss your fat easily and that’s the reason why you should do the weight training.

3. REST!!

The shortest word but it’s the worst condition for someone. If you rest inadequately, your hormones in your body which control hunger level will be askew. Ghrelin is the hormone which activate the hunger will increase and Leptin is the hormone which make your feeling of full will decrease. The simply explain is if you rest not enough you are going to hunger than before and hard to full in each meal then you have to eat a lot in one meal and it’s make you have an excess fat. So the rest is important as exercise and eat, if you can do all of this conditions, your loss fat program will effectively for sure.

In daily life, after comeback from work ay office or study at high school or college, everyone want something that can relax them depend on lifestyle. Some love to painting, some love to watch the movie and many more but for some people like me love to gaming, go in to another world and do something that you cannot do in real life. The latest console game which it is very famous now is “Nintendo Switch”, this is the first console game which you can play in handheld or you can put it in your bag to play in free time of your daily life like on taxi, on a bus and many more. With the large base of customer make this console make greatly profit to nintendo in short time and I am one of them who buy this console (lol). So today i’m going to unbox and review my new nintendo switch what is the benefit and drawback of this console. Let’s look for it!!

So, the first thing after you unboxing, you will see the two joy controller which use to play in handheld or play with friend and the console body. The joy controller are free to the console body, you can detach or attach it all the time and can use in both single and multi player.

The next thing is the optional tool for the console. First thing is the console dock which use to connect your Switch to TV. Next thing is AC Adapter which use to charging directly to console or connect to the dock to give the power to the dock and charging console whole playing in TV but i have some caution, you guys must know that what type of adapter in your country or you going to be like me, i live in thailand but the console import from japan, so i cannot use AC adapter but to buy the adapter first (I use the ipad charger for charging but cannot connect to tv because ipad adapter cannot give power adequately and i will show my adapter which i use to connect below).

Continue with USB cable, it’s the simple cable which use to connect dock to television by attach it at the back of the dock to television, i will show the picture below.

The last two thing is optional joypad for multiplayer and single player. Start with single player joypad is for someone who detach the joy from console body to connect television but also want to held the controller in full version, just attach it, i will show picture below. Continue with multiplayer, this optional tool have a little simple step. The left joy will have a minus sign while the right joy have a plus. You must attach the same sign to joy controller, i will show you below.

This is how you connect the console body to the dock, it’s that simple just put it in the dock and connect the cable to television and enjoy it.

I am going to continue with comment about this console about their benefit and drawback which base on my opinions and you can close now if it will make you feel uncomfortable.

Switch is the first handheld console game which you can carry out with you everywhere and all the time that make it give convenience for people who have to go outside frequently. If you are the fan of nintendo game like me, this is the awesome console which can take you back to your lovely childhood with modern graphic. Additionally, not only the fans of nintendo going to love this but nintendo switch is region free!! It’s mean that every region can play every game on this console no lock zone and for gamers who hate proprietary connectors, the adapter of Switch is USB Type C, so you can find the cable to replace easily in emergency case. Moreover, for oldies gamers who like to collect the box of the games more than digital download, the games box and disc are small and easy to keep or take out with you.It’a just a little bit to smaller than my hand.

However, perfect is not real, as i say Nintendo Switch is console game which can take out with you but it’s more convenience to play in your house with the battery that decrease really fast and the many of optional tool and the weight which not that heavy but not that lightly for carrying all day. Additionally, for gamers who want to play the fantastic graphic, i really not recommend this console to you. I did not men that the games of Switch are not fun but with the performance of this console which it can handheld, it cannot provide the fantastic experience of graphic for you unless you are the fans of nintendo you will fine about this drawback. The last and the biggest problem which it exist since it come out is when you attach to the dock to play with television for long time, it’s make the console body have a really hot and some of player told that it’s make the battery performance decrease and they cannot take it out with them because battery ran out greatly fast.

The best quality of steak restaurant around university. The price are expensive than the restaurant before but compare with quality and other steakhouse, it is worth. In other restaurant, while chef cooking the food, you must wait and don’t have anything to do but not here. Steak holder have a lot of famous board game for everyone to play while they are waiting for their food combine with the taste and price, if you are studying or living near Thammasat University, you must try it.

5.Taco Twist

This is just a new and little restaurant which locate at chiangrak2 exit but the taste are really really great with the real taco bread and you can choose the stuff like fried chicken or grilled chicken, cabbage or tomato or both and many more. Importantly, they make fresh!! They will make the taco one by one, you have to order first and they will do it not just throw the piece of taco to the microwave and the price are very worth it. Moreover, if you want some fresh salad to eat with the taco, they have it for just 79 bath but com with a greatly big bowl.

Someone want to be an scientist. My friend want to be judiciary. My girlfriend want to be advertisement production. Everyone have their own dream even me. I want to work as MC or master of ceremonies when i grow up. I work very hard for my dream and the last Saturday was my big step of my road and i want to share all of my experience today.

Many people may ask “What is MC?” They are the one who use their speech to control people and entertain them in party or ceremony. Many people think that it just talking nothing hard but you’re definitely wrong!! When i was 16 in high school, it is the first time that i have working in school ceremony as MC and i fall in love with it. I realize that i have ability to use my voice better than other friends and start to practice. It’s true that when you are working as MC you just speak for all day but that will make you very exhausted. So first thing that who want to be MC need to do is exercise. I start running around gym stadium for 5 times then increase by plus one in the next day. It can help you control your breath and you won’t exhausted easily. I try receive a job as MC not only in school but in daily life too. When i was 18, i can graduate from school and entrance to Thammasat University and I was going to be candidate in TUTV on the first semester. It is very hard work, i have to run more, practice more and study in university at the same time but in the last, i can manage myself and get in to the final audition.

However, i can’t going to be the the new generation of TUTV. I confess that i feel like all of my confidence gone at all in that time. The time pass and i think that i will try to be MC OF THAMMASAT in next year but before that i got a job from faculty as MC of “HelloBabyBird” ceremony and this job is the biggest step of my MC life now. First i have to work out harder like run, body weight, plank, air bicycle and many more. I practice from 19.00 pm to 23.0p pm everyday and wake in the morning to study at 8.00am. It is very hard at that time and finally on 23 February is like my D-day. I gain all of my confidence with my partner and think that “just do my best” and in that day everyone told me that “you are really awesome!!”

This work make me have a lot of new friend from other university and the very great experience of being MC with feeling of proud of myself. This work also make me get back a lot of my confidence and it can be my profile for finding a job in future too. Nemo, I know when many people hear this name, they will think about the cartoon fish with orange and white color but for me Nemo is the name of one if the honest friend which is chihuahua dog!!

Nemo is a little dog which have color look alike the cartoon fish with a small size of body that make he look so cute. I brought him since he is just a baby and i was 6 yrs old at that time. This little friend are the easiest to pet if compare with hedgehog and sugar glider in the blog before.

You can teach them to defecate in zone by observe the little guy. When he act like they want to defecate, you must pick them up and take them to place that you create for them to defecate. Do repeatedly for 1-2months and they will remember their area. Some people also worried about eating. Dogs are very easy to feed they can eat the specific food for dog or they can eat your fried egg and bacon which you prepare for your dinner too…i mean they can eat something like human but just something. Owner must beware some food that can harm your honest friend even it’s look basic for human such as chocolate can make dog vomit and die in the last. However, they the easiest to pet such as my friend Nemo really like to eat and he is a fat dog today

They will show symptom easily if they got sick and owner just take them to hospital and do everything like people got sick. The dog can recover theirselves rapidly. So this is the reason why many people like to pet the dog as their friends. However, it’s not mean that you can just bring them and it will love you. You must have a time to play with them, feed them and many more. Of course, the dog can got sick because of cold weather like people. So you can wear the cloth for your dog too.

In the last, the most important thing is if you bring them to join your life as friend, you have to be their only one friend until the rest of their life, don’t just bring them just because they are cute and threw them away at beside if the road at last because they have a life like us and owner is only one friend of them.

Hi guys, welcome back to my blog, as you can see my last blog was about my little cute sugar glider but if you think that only that 2 little guys, you’re wrong. Today, i come to share and give some advice for who decide to pet the hedgehog.

The first question of many people is “is it expensive?” The answer is not at all. The price of this little guy are about 300-1500bath or 9$-47$. The hedgehog really like to stay alone and sleep in their house. They use to sleep at day but active in night and you must accept about their smell, no matter how you take a bath for them frequently, they will get stink in inly two days. However, it’s not that bad and if you can skip this condition, you will found how lovely is it. Next is ,y experience about hedgehog and this is my little friend “Meji”!!

I brought Meji on last October, So she is just a little girl with 4 months aged. First of all, when i took her, the next thing is her house. Hedgehog love to stay under something like hole and tree or you can use your t-shirt for them but it hard to clean when this little guys defecate. The next thing that you need to know is hedgehog are love to stay alone as i mention above, so if you want them to play with you, you must start first.

It is normal that the first time when they see us, they will think that we gonna eat him.So,when this little guy scare, they will coat themselves with spike. You need to calm and wait then place your hand in front of him, when they feel more safe ,they will come out from spike and start sniffing your hand then lick at their back. This is how they remember us, the hedgehog remember everything with his saliva, so you will see they play their saliva all the time. After that you must try to play with them frequently until they not scare and want to stay with you.

The food of hedgehog are very easy to find and cheap but many people misunderstanding. The food of hedgehog as same as cat food but it have a special recipe for hedgehog or you can use cat food too and you can use the natural food like worm or insect, the hedgehog really love it.

They are easy to pet but they are hard to trust owner, once he trust, he will remember only their owner and think that we are their family. Nowadays, the relationship of you and people in society are very important but what if you get back home after work or college and you thought pop up suddenly “OMG I’m so lonely!!”. I’m the one who in that situation before and I realize that why don’t I have some friend at home, not a people but just a small friends that can play with you!!

Today I will share my experience about my little friends, my two little sugar glider and one fatty hedgehog. When I know that I want some little with me, I start to find information about them as most as possible and I decide to bought my first sugar glider at that time and name it “kimchi”

Next is my advice for who want to begin your life with this little guy. First, when you take it with you, they will scare you like ” OMG they will eat me” and they will bite you but you don’t need to get mad at it, you just hug it with your two hands until it’ll sleep and do it sequently for a week and they will trusted in you and you will find how cute they are.

They have age at 10 to 15 years and I think that he will be my friend for long time but the unpredictable thing happened. On that day i have go out since morning at that time kimchi sleep in his bed, so I have open the window for him but it is a mistake. After I came back from study and call his name then I found that he’s missing…and surely that I cry a lot and try to find him for all night but what I get is nothing, he’s missing. I blame myself a lot and take time for 2 month to make me feel better but it’s not the end, I decide to find new little guy and take care him better than before and that make me met with my new friend “Moji”. He is a white sugar glider and some gray line on it.

After that I take a normal life with this little guy until his age was 6 month and something that I wish for all time happen! My friend line to me “hey I think I found your sugar glider…yes it kimchi! My friend see that security of the dorm which beside my dorm have 1 sugar glider which similar to my little kimchi so she tell me and yes! Kimchi is back after missing for almost year! Moreover, kimchi and moji love to be friend and that make me so glad and this is all my experience.

For who interest in sugar glider, this is some information from me

1 to 3 month :you have to feeding milk to them 2 syringe for 2-3 hours

After 4 month: Decrease quantity of milk but increase other ingredients like worm,chicken or their natural food

Moreover, the big problem of sugar kid is flatulence. So if he has the symptom, solution is give him a Pisang Awak banana or in Thai call Kluai nam wa, for sugar it is a magical medicine. What if he’s sick or something other like some wound. Sugar glider are basically wild animal, so they will keep they symptom but you can observe by his nose color, the healthy one must be pink nose. Conversely, purple nose show that sugar glider are being something. After you know that your sugar glider are sick, i recommend you to take them to hospital as fast as possible because they are very sensitive and the doctor must be special at exotic pet doctor not normal who cure dogs or cats.
